PATCHWORK JACKET GUIDE

This is not a finished product or physical item. The Patchwork Jacket is a cherished labor of love in my collection. It is a meditative project that can work up quickly with lots of dedication or be enjoyed for months. If you’d rather watch or listen to this guide on youtube, it is free here.

The Pattern

The pattern utilizes the Tunisian Crochet Simple Stitch.

This guide includes:

• Ways to prep and organize patches

• Nets of the construction of the jacket with examples from my medium jacket

• Links for how to simple stitch using tunisian crochet and sew patches together

This guide does not include

• graded instructions

• Stitch graphics for how to simple stitch using tunisian crochet

Materials Needed

Hook: US J* (6.0 mm) crochet or Tunisian crochet hook*

Scissors

Darning Needle

• Weight: Mix of Sock, DK, Worsted, Medium weight

• Color(s): At least 6 different colors

• Yardage: at least 250 yards of each
